If you received a scan of the envelope only, this means the person writing to you did not include C/O Jmail.cc on the envelope which means we are not able to open the letter to scan it for you.
Jmail Box members:
1. Do Nothing: You can choose to do nothing and we will send the letter to be shredded.
2. Single Letter Forward: Link a support ticket to the letter in your Inbox and request that we mail it to your personal address. There is a $5 single letter forward service fee plus the actual cost of shipping.
Jmail Box & Ship members:
This letter will be in your Jmail Box & Ship section for you to request or discard like any other letter you receive. You can simply request the letter to be mailed to you with your other letters as usual. You only pay the actual shipping cost just like any other mailing request.
